City of Tulare

Current Service:  

• One 15 Minute computer station is available for public use in the lobby.
• Eighteen 1 Hour computers are available for public use in computer lab with 1 hour extensions.
• Kids computers and Teen computers are available. 
• Limit 2 people at a time on the computer. 
• Use your library card to sign on or ask for a guest pass. Patrons must have their own card and may not use anyone else's card.
• Patrons must accept the “User Agreement for Internet Access” to have access.
• Users are responsible for critically evaluating the information found on the Internet. For some helpful internet tips and computer policies click link: Internet Safety Tips and Computer Policies.
• Laptops are available for checkout. 

Public Copy Machine

Black and white copies only = $0.10 per page

Fax and Scan

Staff are available to send faxes and scans for the public.  We cannot receive faxes for the public.  

• Faxing - $1.50 for the first page and $1.00 for all consecutive pages (Sending only) 
• Scanning - $1.00 per page (Sending only)

Study Rooms are available to check out for 2 hours.

Reservations may be made one business day in advance. Walk-ins also accepted.
