Tulare Public Library will offer the following in-person services:
- Building open for public access
- Public computers, 2 hour limit
- Restrooms available
- In-Person programming
- Laptop Checkout
- Study Room Checkout (5 person maximum)
- Room rentals
We will continue to offer the following services:
- Donation drop-off every Saturday from 10am-2pm
- Fax, copy & scan services
- Passport services (by appointment only)
- Wireless printing
- Virtual programming

- Test monitoring
- Homework Help
