Tulare Public Library cards are good in all of the San Joaquin Valley Library System (SJVLS).  If you have a library card from any other library in SJVLS, you do not need to apply for a separate Tulare Public Library card.

How to get a library card:

ONLINE:

  • After registering online, you will receive your e-card number.
  • You can immediately start accessing our virtual collection.  Visit our eLibrary to get started.
  • You can also download the SJVLS Library Catalog app onto your phone an input your new card number and pin.  Bring your ID to the Tulare Public Library and we will upgrade your e-card so you can check out physical material.
