The Board of Public Utilities is a five-member board charged with the control and management of the Department of Public Works per City Charter. The Board meets every first and third Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at the Tulare Public Library.
The public is encouraged to attend and participate in public meetings.
